Our 7-Tank Powder Coating Process

we use a state-of-the-art 7-tank powder coating process to ensure that every module box we manufacture meets the highest standards of quality and durability. Our commitment to precision and long-lasting finishes guarantees that your product will not only perform well but also stand the test of time.

The 7-Tank Process Breakdown:

  1. Pre-treatment and Cleaning
    The first step in the process involves thorough cleaning of the steel surface. We use a specialized solution to remove any dirt, oil, grease, and contaminants. This ensures that the surface is completely prepared to accept the powder coating, preventing defects in the final finish.

  2. Rinsing
    After cleaning, the steel passes through a series of rinse tanks to remove any residual chemicals and impurities. This step is crucial for achieving a smooth and flawless coating.

  3. Phosphating
    The steel is then treated with a phosphate solution. Phosphating creates a fine, corrosion-resistant layer on the surface, which significantly improves the adhesion of the powder coating and enhances the overall durability of the finished product.

  4. Rinsing (again)
    A second rinse follows to remove any excess phosphate, ensuring that the surface is perfectly prepared for coating.

  5. Drying
    Once the steel has undergone the necessary treatments, it is dried in a controlled environment. This step ensures that no moisture remains, which could affect the application of the powder coating.

  6. Powder Coating Application
    After the parts are properly prepared, we apply a high-quality, evenly distributed powder coating. Using advanced electrostatic spray equipment, the powder adheres to the steel surface, forming a uniform coating that provides excellent protection against scratches, chips, and environmental elements.

  7. Curing
    The final step involves curing the coated steel in a high-temperature oven. This process allows the powder to melt and bond to the steel, creating a smooth, tough, and durable finish. The curing process ensures that the coating becomes resistant to fading, corrosion, and wear, ensuring long-lasting protection.
